Martin Janecký Live Demo at Lava Glass

What a joy it has been to watch Czech master glass sculptor Martin Janecký at work. His level of craftsmanship is just mindblowing. Martin is considered to be one of the best glass sculptors working today. He has been a visiting artist and instructor at various glass programs such as The Studio of the Corning Museum of Glass, Pilchuck Glass School, and Penland School of Craft. Martin gave his first-ever live demo in New Zealand in our Lava Glass studio. What a privilege.
