Shipping policy

National Shipping

Online purchases shipped within New Zealand are delivered by New Zealand Post.

International Shipping

For online purchases that go overseas, the sales price is zero GST. We as a New Zealand business are able to claim GST back and use that amount towards the shipping costs.

Please track your parcel using the tracking number provided to you – should your parcel get held in its destination’s customs, you are responsible for getting in touch with your local post office to sort its final delivery. You are also obligated to pay any additional costs that may arise, such as import taxes.

If you fail to collect your parcel and it is returned to us, you are responsible for the return postage back to you. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please email us (admin@lavaglass.nz) photos of the damage, INCLUDING photos of all the packaging in which it arrived.
